Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Stepup Dance Studio accepts payment through all modes except cash. Stepup Dance Studio grants you a free 3 days period to access the courses offered.

Pricing

The prices of courses on Stepup Dance Studio are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms and our Promotions Policy. In some instances, the price of a course offered on the Stepup Dance Studio website may not be exactly the same as the price offered on our mobile, due to mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and their policies around implementing sales and promotions. We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users. If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

Payments

You have read the terms and conditions of the Stepup Dance Studio AND also gone through the fee charge for the various course, you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. Stepup Dance Studio works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

Gift and Promotional Codes

Stepup Dance Studio offers gift and promotional codes the same may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits applied to your Stepup Dance Studio account, which then may be used to purchase eligible courses on our platform, subject to the terms included with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific courses. Gift and promotional credits can’t be used for purchases in our mobile. The codes and gift are to be used within a time frame or they get elapsed automatically after their validity gets over. Gift and promotional codes cant be reimbursed in cash. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner’s refund policies. If you have multiple saved credit amounts, Stepup Dance Studio may determine which of your credits to apply to your purchase.

Return or Refunds

Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

Cancellation

Before subscribing, please read the terms and conditions thoroughly, as after subscription, there cannot be any cancellation to the subscription plan.
